Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Korean public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Origin All orders are shipped from Seoul, South Korea.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time We ship worldwide via FedEx International and Korea Post EMS. The shipping method is selected based on the destination, package weight, and availability.

Shipping Rates

🇺🇸 United States — Free Shipping All orders shipping to the United States qualify for free shipping, regardless of order size or weight.

🌍 All Other Countries — Shipping Fee Applies For all other destinations, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Market in Korea ships internationally from South Korea. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

We declare all items at their full purchase value and do not mark shipments as "gifts" to avoid customs fees.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
